ACleaverArt events are cozy, welcoming, and intentionally paced. Whether hosted at a café, school, market, or community space, each experience centers creativity as connection — not performance.

Secures a base 2-hour event window

Covers initial planning, materials prep, and scheduling

Confirms availability within the current booking calendar

This deposit is non-refundable and required to hold your date.

Remaining balance is invoiced via Square

Final payment is due prior to your event date

🔄 RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance.
Your deposit may be transferred once per calendar year.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
