Yes.

Select collections are created specifically to support aligned causes — whether through awareness, fundraising, or direct donation.

When a product includes a built-in donation, the details will always be clearly listed on that product page.
No guessing. No hidden math.

Art Can Change the World — and sometimes that looks like direct impact.


🎁 Do I need to enter a code for charity products?

If an item is already designated for a specific cause, you don’t need to do anything special.

Simply adding that product to your cart ensures that the listed portion will be directed to the featured initiative.

Easy. Intentional. Transparent.


🌎 What is code: ShopCauses26?

ShopCauses26 is our 2026 giving initiative code.

When you use this code at checkout, a portion of your purchase is directed toward one of our highlighted 2026 causes of your choosing.

📦 Shipping

🌿 When will my order arrive?

Because most items are made just for you, there are two stages:

1. Production — typically 2–7 business days
2. Shipping time after production:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

During launches, holidays, or community drops, timelines may stretch slightly. If I anticipate delays beyond a 21-day total window, I will always communicate that clearly.

Slower is sometimes part of making things responsibly — but you won’t be left guessing.


🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

With the exception of Lines of a Lifetime, ALL Shipping within the United States is included in the listed product price.

No surprise fees at checkout.
What you see is what you pay.


🌎 International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.

To prevent confusion or canceled orders, the shop is set to only display items that can be fulfilled and delivered to your specific shipping location.

If you can see it — it can ship to you.

This helps avoid disappointment and ensures smoother global delivery.


📬 Will I receive tracking?

Yes.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow its journey to you.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because print-on-demand items are created specifically for you, returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Size selection changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong product

I strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details before purchasing — especially for apparel.


💛 What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please email within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

I will make it right.

No corporate scripts.
No endless ticket systems.
Just respectful resolution.

🖨 Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

🌿 What does “print-on-demand” mean?

Print-on-demand means your piece is created just for you after you place your order.

I don’t keep piles of inventory in storage.
I don’t mass-produce.

Instead, I partner with trusted printers so artwork can become:

  • wearable

  • giftable

  • accessible

  • fundraiser-ready

This model allows ACleaverArt to offer a wider variety of products at more approachable price points — while also supporting charity initiatives and art-for-awareness projects without wasteful overproduction.

It’s slower.
It’s more intentional.
It keeps the focus on the art — not excess.

🎨 How are products chosen?

You will only find products here that I would personally use, wear, gift, or proudly own.

Every item is:

🌙 Are products limited edition?

Yes — thoughtfully so.

Most items are produced in a maximum quantity of 100–250 per size, and once sold out, they are not restocked.

Some collections are:

  • Seasonal (dated)

  • Limited release (often 75 or fewer available)

If something is marked seasonal, it will not return past its listed date in that form.

This allows space for:

  • New creative cycles

  • Charity refreshes

  • Community-aligned projects

Nothing here is mass-permanent.
Everything moves with intention.


⏳ How long does production take?

Most print-on-demand items are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.

During launches, holidays, or community drops, production can take slightly longer.

Whenever possible, I announce known delays in advance — especially if there’s any risk of your order taking longer than 21 days total to arrive.

Transparency matters here.


🌎 Where are items made?

Items are produced through vetted global fulfillment partners based on product type and availability.

Whenever possible, the most local and sustainable printer/shipper is selected as part of ACleaverArt’s eco-conscious efforts.

Choosing partners carefully allows the work to stay accessible while honoring environmental responsibility where possible.


🌈 Will colors look exactly like my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Every effort is made to ensure artwork prints beautifully and accurately — but slight variation is a normal part of turning digital art into physical form.

Think of it less as “identical copy”
and more as “art in a new medium.”


📏 Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel listing includes a size chart. Please review carefully before ordering, as POD apparel cannot be exchanged for size changes.

If you’re unsure, sizing up is often the safest option for a relaxed fit.

 

📦 Why might my order ship separately?

Different products (apparel, mugs, journals, etc.) are created by different trusted production partners.

If you order multiple types of items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Nothing is missing — it’s simply part of how we keep production ethical, specialized, and efficient.
