At ACleaverArt, every order is created with care. Because many items are made to order, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Made-to-Order Products

Most apparel, home goods, and print-on-demand products are created specifically for your order.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selections
• Buyer preference changes
• Accidental orders
• Minor color variations caused by monitor settings

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds cannot be issued once access has been granted.

Original Artwork

Original artwork sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or an error occurred during fulfillment.
